The Accommodation Bulletin, usually referred to as BA, is a relevant instrument in the system of control of foreigners in national territory.
Ordinance No. 287/07, of March 16, created the SIBA (Accommodation Bulletin Information System) making it mandatory to communicate the accommodation of foreign citizens electronically for all hotel establishments and the like.
